目的探讨流程再造在控制新生儿医院感染中的作用,为降低新生儿医院感染提供理论指导。方法分析原有流程不合理因素,据此设计新型流程,制定标准化方案,监督实施;比较实施前后2009、2010年收治的新生儿发生医院感染情况,借此评估流程再造在控制新生儿医院感染中的作用。结果新型流程使医护人员的医院感染意识得到加强,新型流程制度实施后,新生儿医院感染率显著下降,第一季度由2.6%降至1.9%、第二季度由6.1%降至3.7%、第三季度由5.9%降至3.1%、第四季度由3.1%降至2.4%,新型流程实施前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论流程再造过程使新生儿科室整个管理更加趋于合理,对降低新生儿医院感染起着重要作用,可以给临床相关工作提供借鉴意义。
Objective To explore the role of reengineering in the control of neonatal hospital infection and to provide theoretical guidance for reducing neonatal nosocomial infections. Methods Analyze unreasonable factors in the original process, design a new type of process accordingly, formulate a standardization plan and supervise the implementation of the system; compare the incidence of nosocomial infections in newborns admitted in 2009 and 2010 before and after the implementation of process reengineering in controlling neonatal hospital infection Role. Results The new procedure enhanced the consciousness of nosocomial infection among medical staff. After the implementation of the new procedure, the neonatal hospital infection rate dropped significantly from 2.6% to 1.9% in the first quarter, from 6.1% to 3.7% in the second quarter. In the third quarter from 5.9% to 3.1% in the fourth quarter from 3.1% to 2.4%. There was significant difference between before and after the implementation of the new process (P <0.05). Conclusion The reengineering process makes the whole management of neonatal departments more reasonable, which plays an important role in reducing neonatal nosocomial infections and can provide reference for clinical related work.
