目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童血清铁蛋白和血镁的变化。方法检测60例ADHD患儿(ADHD组)和30例健康儿童(对照组)血清血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白及血镁水平,采用视听整合连续执行测试系统评估患儿反应控制和注意力水平相关指标。结果 ADHD组血清铁蛋白和血镁水平均低于对照组[(31.68±10.21)μg/L vs.(60.33±11.65)μg/L和(0.57±0.27)mmol/L vs.(0.96±0.33)mmol/L](P<0.05)。ADHD组患儿反应控制和注意力水平相关指标均低于对照组(P<0.01)。血清铁蛋白和血镁水平与ADHD患儿反应控制和注意力水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 ADHD患儿的发病可能与低水平血清铁蛋白和血镁有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum ferritin and serum magnesium in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods Serum hemoglobin, serum ferritin and serum magnesium levels were measured in 60 children with ADHD (ADHD group) and 30 healthy children (control group). The audiovisual integrated continuous monitoring system was used to evaluate the response control and attention level in children. Results The levels of serum ferritin and magnesium in ADHD group were lower than those in control group [(31.68 ± 10.21) μg / L vs. (60.33 ± 11.65) μg / L and (0.57 ± 0.27) mmol / L vs. (0.96 ± 0.33) mmol / L] (P <0.05). ADHD group children with response control and attention related indicators were lower than the control group (P <0.01). Serum ferritin and serum magnesium levels were positively correlated with response control and attention in children with ADHD (P <0.05). Conclusion The incidence of ADHD may be related to low serum levels of serum ferritin and magnesium.
