搜集以抑菌中药为主的样品51种,用小鼠测定其对体液免疫(HI)反应的影响。通过预选、复选和重复性试验,选出对机体免疫反应影响较著者12种,其中免疫促进剂8种,免疫抑制剂4种。待检样品的选择:打破了传统中药分类限制,以抑菌试验结果为准,不论抑菌谱广度如何,凡有阳性结果者定为主选,计有44种,此外另选抑菌情况不明者7种。部分样品是否入药不拘,一概暂以“中药”对待。实验指标的建立:以与体液免疫反应相关试验为对向,共三项: 1.溶血分光测定(QHS)法检测分
