After some of the founders visited the customer, they were always convinced that they had found a “real” solution for the company’s future, but it was a mess. How to find a new model in a short period of time and find a pivot (referring to the key transitions and key shifts in entrepreneurship) is a skill that the company’s founders must master. There are times when some of the so-called patterns are actually disturbances that will only turn your vision into fantasy.
