时代在变,班主任工作应随之不断变革创新。随着改革开放的深入发展,包括教育在内整个社会发生深刻变化,逐渐趋向市场化、信息化、多元化发展。在新的历史条件下,学生的价值观、学习观、审美观都在悄然变化,学生自我及个性意识不断增强。面对复杂的形势,班主任应从实际出发,不断提升自身综合素质,处变不惊,勇于创新,探索出新形势下班主任工作的成功之路,解放自己,同时成就学生。我结合班主任工作实际,从三个方面谈谈自己看法。
Times change, the class teacher should be constantly change and innovation. With the deepening of reform and opening up, profound changes have taken place in the entire society, including education, and have gradually become market-oriented, informatized and diversified. Under the new historical conditions, students ’values, learning concepts and aesthetic values are quietly changing, and students’ self-awareness and individuality are constantly increasing. In the face of complex situations, the teacher in charge of a class should proceed from the reality and continuously improve its overall quality, be steadfast in innovation, be creative and explore the ways of success of the class teacher in a new situation, liberate themselves and at the same time accomplish students. I combine the actual work of the class teacher, from three aspects to talk about their own views.
