从试验材料、提取介质、提取方法以及ＤＮＡ沉淀时间、离心速度等方面探讨，建立了福建柏ＲＡＰＤ模板高纯度、大分子量ＤＮＡ的提取方法，并总结出其关键步骤。
From the aspects of experimental materials, extraction media, extraction methods, DNA precipitation time and centrifuge speed, the extraction method of high purity and high molecular weight DNA of RAPD template was established and the key steps were summarized.
