The preparation of the Ag target for producing ~(109)Cd in cyclotron by the method of electro-depositionis described. The optimal process is determined by the research of parameters that affect the properties ofthe target layer. The suggested technological conditions are as follows: ρ(Ag~+)=(20～50) mg/mL,ρ(KNO_3)=(10～30) mg/mL, c(NH_3H_2O)=(0.1～0.2) mL/mL. The Ag target layer which is smooth andfirm is got, the mass thickness is more than 100mg/cm~2.

The suggested technological conditions are as follows: (Ag ~ +) = (20 ~ 50) mg / mL, ρ (KNO 3) = (10 ~ 30) mg / mL and c (NH 3 H 2 O) = 0.1 ~ 0.2 mL / smooth andfirm is got, the mass thickness is more than 100mg / cm ~ 2.
