在我国行政问责的领导体制和工作机制逐步形成,成为推动我国政治文明进程的一个显著标志。但在具体实施过程中仍存在着不少问题,本文从实际出发,理论联系实际,详细归纳出五方面具体原因,并针对性的提出相关建议,以期为推进和完善行政问责制提供有益之助。
The gradual formation of the leadership system and working mechanism of administrative accountability in our country has become a notable sign of promoting the process of political civilization in our country. However, there are still many problems in the process of actual implementation. Based on the actual conditions and with the combination of theory and practice, this paper summarizes the specific reasons in five aspects in detail and puts forward relevant suggestions in a targeted manner in order to provide some useful suggestions for promoting and improving the system of administrative accountability help.
