目的:探讨冠状动脉诊疗中左主干夹层的原因、预防措施及处理方法。方法:回顾性分析6例急性左冠状动脉主干夹层患者的临床资料、手术过程、器械选择及预后。结果:6例左主干夹层患者5例及时植入支架后即刻均获得良好效果,1例亚急性血栓形成导致死亡;4例中远期预后良好,无严重不良心血管事件发生。结论:急性左主干夹层预后凶险,支架置入术可获得良好治疗效果。
Objective: To investigate the causes, preventive measures and treatment of left main dissection in the treatment of coronary artery. Methods: The clinical data, surgical procedure, equipment selection and prognosis of 6 patients with acute left coronary artery dissection were retrospectively analyzed. Results: In 6 cases of left main dissection, 5 cases received prompt stent implantation immediately, 1 case died of subacute thrombosis, and 4 cases had good long-term prognosis with no serious adverse cardiovascular events. Conclusion: The prognosis of acute left main dissection is dangerous and stent implantation can achieve good therapeutic effect.
