In 2003, the HI-13 Tandem Accelerator was operating in good condition with an accelerator power-on of 5 400 h, providing a beam time of 4 700 h for more than 40 users. The year 2003 was the first year of accelerating the technical transformation and operation of the accelerator. The operating voltage range of the accelerator was 1.5 ~ 13 MV.
