中国航天科工集团第二研究院(简称“二院”)创建于1957年,先后承担并圆满完成了我国早期地地导弹控制系统,我国多代地(舰)空导弹武器系统,我国第一个固体潜地战略导弹、固体陆基机动战略导弹的研制生产任务,为我军装备现代化建设和我国综合国力的提高做出了重大贡献。与此同时,二院也培养出一大批高素质技能人员,从人才引进到后期潜力的开发,逐渐成熟的人才培养模式促进代代航天精神的传承。
