对不同聚合物参量的水泥砂浆进行养护龄期分别为2h、4h、6h、1d、7d、14d、28d的抗压强度和抗折强度进行试验研究,并通过电子显微镜扫描对养护龄期为28天聚合物掺量分别为0%、2%、4%、6%的水泥砂浆试样微观形貌进行分析。结果表明:聚合物可以促进水泥的水化,对水泥砂浆有很好的促凝效果;聚合物水泥砂浆抗压强度随着聚合物掺量的增加呈下降趋势,抗折强度呈上升趋势;当聚合物掺量为4%时,早期压折比降到最低,水泥砂浆有很好的早期韧性;聚合物的加入改善了水泥砂浆的内部结构,尤其对水泥砂浆的界面结构和孔结构改善明显,使其孔径大幅度减小。
