目的 对比给予抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者阿戈美拉汀、米氮平治疗的效果.方法 以我院收治的124例抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者为探究对象,根据随机数字表法平均划分成2组,各组纳入62例,即为实验组、常规组.常规组患者采取米氮平治疗,实验组采取阿戈美拉汀治疗,分析治疗效果.结果 与常规组相比较,实验组接受治疗后的MADRS、HAND以及各项睡眠质量评分显著较低,两组间的差异显著,P<0.05.结论 将阿戈美拉汀治疗应用于抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者的治疗中,能够促进抑郁症状改善基睡眠质量提高,具有临床借鉴价值.
