目的 分析老年下肢骨折患者并发深静脉血栓的麻醉方法及效果.方法 选择我院老年下肢骨折并发深静脉血栓患者共80例,数字表随机分2组每组40例,对照组的患者给予硬膜外麻醉,观察组给予腰硬联合麻醉.比较两组麻醉优良率、并发症.结果 观察组麻醉优良率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05.结论 老年下肢骨折患者并发深静脉血栓的麻醉方法中选择腰硬联合麻醉效果确切,可有效提高麻醉优良率,减少不良反应.
