新乔纳金是辽宁省果树所1981和1983年从日本引入的乔纳金的浓红型芽变品种,1993年11月经辽宁省品种审定委员会认定通过,并推广。 特征特性 果实近圆形,单果重245g,鲜红色,肉质粗细中等,质地松脆、汁多,酸甜适口,芳香味浓,品质上等。可溶性固形物含量13.8％,pH3.7,表皮硬度7.8kg/cm~2。窖藏可至翌年2～3月,贮藏期间果实分泌蜡质,不易皱皮。新乔纳金为三倍体品种,树体高大,树势开张,枝条粗壮。
