目的研究氧化亚氮/氧气吸入镇静技术(nitrous oxide/oxygen inhalation sedation,IHS)在牙周炎龈下刮治术中的无痛效果,为其临床广泛应用提供依据。方法将80例中、重度牙周炎患者随机分为A、B、C、D 4组,每组20例(A:电子镇痛仪组;B:IHS组;C:IHS+电子镇痛仪组;D:常规组),记录4组患者术前及术中的心率(HR)、血压(BP)和血氧饱和度(SpO2),并观察其镇静程度(Ramsay评分)和疼痛程度(VAS评分)。结果 A、B、C三组HR、BP、VAS指数与D组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),B、C两组与A组比较同样有统计学差异(P<0.05),而B、C两组则无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 IHS技术在龈下刮治术中镇静、镇痛效果良好,明显优于电子镇痛仪,可以最大程度达到“无痛”效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the painless effect of nitrous oxide / oxygen inhalation sedation (IHS) in periodontal subgingival scaling for the clinical application. Methods Eighty patients with moderate and severe periodontitis were randomly divided into A, B, C and D 4 groups, 20 cases in each group (A: electronic analgesia instrument group, B: IHS group, C: IHS + electronic analgesia instrument group ; D: conventional group), heart rate (HR), blood pressure (BP) and oxygen saturation (SpO2) were recorded before and during the operation in 4 groups, and their sedation (Ramsay score) ). Results The HR, BP and VAS indexes in group A, B and C were significantly different from those in group D (P <0.05). There was also significant difference between group B and group C (P <0.05) and group B There was no significant difference between C and C groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions The IHS technique is effective in subgingival cure and analgesic effect, which is obviously better than the electronic analgesia instrument. It can achieve the “painless” effect to the maximum extent and is worthy of clinical promotion.
