应用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)对真核细胞基因表达产物人生长激素进行了纯化研究,发现在71.67%的乙晴浓度下人生长激素可有效地与其它杂蛋白分离,乙晴与人生长激素的短时间接触不影响其放射免疫活性.
The purified recombinant human growth hormone (HGH), a product of eukaryotic cells, was analyzed by RP-HPLC. It was found that human growth hormone could be effectively separated from other hybrid proteins at a concentration of 71.67% , B Qing and human growth hormone short-term exposure does not affect its radioimmunoassay.
