电子邮件是重要的职场沟通方式,如何撰写才能实现有效沟通?本文认为一是要理解电子邮件的特性,选择适合采用这种沟通方式的信息;二是要明确沟通对象,电子邮件只发送给“必要”的人;三是要清晰表达沟通内容,传递有效信息。
E-mail is an important way of workplace communication, how to write in order to achieve effective communication? This paper believes that one is to understand the characteristics of e-mail, select the appropriate way to use this information; the second is to clearly communicate objects, e- “Necessary” people; third is to clearly communicate the content of communication, effective information delivery.
