目的:检测CD1d~(high)CD5~+CD19~+调节性B淋巴细胞数量的变化,讨论其对免疫功能的影响及其与SLE活动性指数的关系。方法:以10例健康人群和10例SLE为研究对象,检测CD1d~(high)CD5~+CD19~+B细胞的含量。同时,检测各受试者的IgG和IgM水平。结果:正常对照组CD1d~(high)CD5~+CD19~+B细胞占B淋巴细胞百分比平均为0.20%±0.21%,SLE组CD1d~(high)CD5~+CD19~+B细胞为0.83%±0.28%,前者明显低于后者(P<0.01)。对照组和SLE患者的IgG含量分别为13.27±2.31和10.31±4.79,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组和SLE患者的IgM含量分别为1.79±0.50和0.80±0.40,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进行相关性分析,SLE组患者CD1d~(high)CD5~+CD19~+B细胞数与IgG水平呈负相关(r=-0.634 4,P<0.05),与IgM水平无相关性(r=-0.188 6,P>0.05),与活动性指数无相关性(r=0.242 3,P>0.05)。结论:SLE患者体内表达的CD1d~(high)CD5~+CD19~+B细胞显著高于正常对照组,且其细胞数与其IgG水平呈负相关,提示调节性B淋巴细胞在SLE病程过程中对机体的体液免疫调节可能起到一定作用。
Objective: To detect the change of CD1 ~ (high) CD5 ~ + CD19 ~ + regulatory B lymphocytes and to discuss its effect on immune function and its relationship with SLE activity index. Methods: Ten healthy people and 10 SLE patients were enrolled in this study. The levels of CD1 ~ (high) CD5 ~ + CD19 ~ + B cells were detected. At the same time, each subject’s IgG and IgM levels were examined. Results: The average percentages of CD1 ~ (high) CD5 ~ + CD19 ~ + B cells in normal control group were 0.20% ± 0.21% and that in SLE group was 0.83% ± 0.28%, the former was significantly lower than the latter (P <0.01). The IgG levels in the control group and SLE patients were 13.27 ± 2.31 and 10.31 ± 4.79, respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). IgM levels in control and SLE patients were 1.79 ± 0.50 and 0.80 ± 0.40, respectively, with significant differences (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the number of CD1d ~ (high) CD5 ~ + CD19 ~ + B cells in SLE group was negatively correlated with IgG level (r = -0.6344, P <0.05) 0.188 6, P> 0.05), and no correlation with activity index (r = 0.242 3, P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The expression of CD1d high CD5 + CD19 + B cells in SLE patients was significantly higher than that of normal control group, and the number of cells was negatively correlated with their IgG levels, suggesting that regulatory B lymphocytes in the process of SLE Body humoral immune regulation may play a role.
