1 引言 体育教学工作是普通高等院校体育工作核心。体育教学工作的好坏,直接反映了一所高校在体育事业上的综合实力和投入力度,体现了一所高校体育教学系统运转机制的协调性、灵活性、高效性和系统性。因此,努力协调好体育教学工作各环节之间的关系,使整个体育教学系统整齐、有序的运转并产生“1+1>2”的系统效果,是各普通高校体育教学部不断追求的目标。以体育教学工作的几个环节为调查内容,以即将离校的毕业生为调查对象展开调查,无疑对发现高校体育教学工作的问题和不足,修正并把握体育教学各环节之间的关系,促进普通高校体育教学工作的不断发展,有重要的促进作用。
