黄爱玲副教授,1959年生于吉林省吉林市,中共党员。1981年毕业于吉林省财政学校税收专业,1988年毕业于中南财经大学财金系税收专业,1993年评为讲师,1994年获经济师职称,1999年晋升为副教授。现任税务系税收教研室主任,兼任吉林省国际税收研究会理事。 黄爱玲副教授从1981年开始一直辛勤耕耘在教学第一线,爱岗敬业,勤奋钻研。她曾经讲授过《国际税收概论》、《国家税收》、《中国税制》、《税收概论》、《社会主义财政学》等课程达4500多课时,积累了丰富的教学经验。在教学中,她注意吸收税收理论研究的新成果和税收实践的新经验,及时更新教学内容,注重税收理论与实践的紧密结合,指导学生学以致用。她讲究教学方法,注重学生能力的培养,既教书,又育人,她的治学态度和教学效果受到师生称赞。
Associate Professor Huang Ailing, born in 1959 in Jilin City, Jilin Province, member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated from the taxation major of Jilin Provincial Finance School in 1981, received the taxation specialty of Finance Department of Zhongnan University of Finance and Economics in 1988, was lectured in 1993, obtained the title of economist in 1994 and was promoted to associate professor in 1999. Incumbent tax department tax department director, concurrently director of Jilin province international tax research. Associate Professor Huang Ailing has worked hard in 1981 since the first line, dedication, hard work. She has taught over 4,500 classes such as Introduction to International Taxation, State Taxation, China Tax System, Introduction to Taxation and Socialist Finance and has accumulated rich teaching experience. In teaching, she paid attention to absorbing new achievements in tax theory research and new experiences in tax practice, timely updating teaching contents, paying close attention to the close combination of tax theory and practice, and guiding students to apply their knowledge effectively. She focuses on teaching methods, focusing on the cultivation of students’ abilities, both teaching and educating her. Her attitude and teaching effect are praised by teachers and students.
