各铁路局电务处,广铁(集团)公司电务处,郑州局西安科研所: 铁路无线列调感应通信技术经路内有关单位近20年的不懈发努力,已逐步发展成熟。其具有投资省、见效快、维护简单、实用可靠等特点,受到了铁路运输部门的欢迎,并在电气化铁路得到广泛推广使用,取得了较好的效果,是铁路无线列调通信系统的一种实用的技术体制。这一技术的研究、开发和应用,填补了铁路无线感应通信技术的空白,为铁路无线通信的发展做出了贡献。为加强感应通信技术的研究和开发工作,与世界先进技术水平接轨,不断完善系统设备,拓宽感应通信技术的应用领域,郑州局西安科研所《西安感应通信技术研究设计中心》(以下简称“感应通信中心”)已于1990年成立并已开展工作。为充分发挥感应通信中心的作用,密切与路内外技术力量的联系,促进感应通信技术的不断发展,现对感应通信中心的工作提出以下要求: 一、加强基础理论研究和产品开发,不断完善感应通信系统设备,根据感应通信的技术特点,做
