读了张今同志的“关于槽型皮带运输能力计算公式截面系数K的讨论分析”一文(见本刊1986年4期),笔者认为有必要作如下补充。TD62型皮带机货载截面的形状及其计算参数如图1及图2所示,省略运算过程,直接列出计算截面系数的公式为K=576tgρ′+160(槽形带)及K=576tgρ′(平形带)。货载的静安息角φ与动安息角ρ的关系是ρ=0.7φ。则等腰三角形底角ρ′0.5=ρ=0.35φ。不同的动安息角对应的K值列于表1。
After reading Comrade Zhang Jin’s article on the discussion and analysis of the section coefficient K of the formula for calculating the transport capacity of a grooved belt (see Issue 4, 1986), I consider it necessary to make the following supplementations. The shape and calculation parameters of cargo cross section of TD62 belt conveyor are shown in Fig.1 and Fig.2. The calculation process is skipped and the formula for calculating the cross section is listed as follows: K = 576tgρ ’+ 160 (grooved belt) and K = 576tgp ’(Flat belt). The relationship between the static resting angle φ and the dynamic resting angle ρ is ρ = 0.7φ. Then the isosceles triangle bottom ρ’0.5 = ρ = 0.35φ. The K values for different moving angles are listed in Table 1.
