我市是山东省主要产姜区之一,栽培面积已达3万亩以上,过去以春播为主,一年一作。自80年代初期进行了麦田套作两熟的试验和示范,在良好的共生期的技术调控下,均收到姜麦双丰收的效果。1989～1991年全市生姜平均亩产1500～1800公斤,小麦亩产250～300公斤。1990年全市麦套姜达2.5万亩,占生姜栽培面积的80%。其栽培技术如下:
Our city is one of the main ginger producing areas in Shandong Province. The cultivated area has reached more than 30,000 mu. In the past, the main plant was spring sowing. Since the early 1980s, two sets of trials and demonstrations of cropping in the field have been carried out. Under the control of good symbiotic technology, both crops have received the double harvest of ginger and wheat. From 1989 to 1991, the average mu production of ginger in the city was 1500-1800 kilograms, and that of wheat was 250-300 kilograms per mu.
