自从上帝创造亚当与夏娃以来,恐怕人类就有了性骚扰。上世纪70年代,“性骚扰”一词正式出现于美国法律条文中;1986年,联邦法院通过立法,予性骚扰以惩罚。最近,国际货币基金组织总裁法国人卡恩在纽约因性骚扰而狼狈下台。法国舆论也由此哗然。罪之者曰:卡恩好色成性,恶习难改;辩之者日:爷们风流韵事,不足惊怪。本文认为,以浪漫率性闻名的法兰西人不可能因卡恩一事而改写法律,但有可能触动一下他们对性骚扰的态度。
Since God created Adam and Eve, I am afraid that humans have had sexual harassment. In the 1970s, the term “sexual harassment” officially appeared in American law. In 1986, the federal court passed legislation to punish sexual harassment. Recently, Kahn, the president of the International Monetary Fund, came to a standstill in New York City for sexual harassment. French public opinion is uproar. Sinner of the said: Kahn erotic, abuse hard to change; the debate Day: man Merry, less than astonishment. This article argues that it is not possible for the French, known for their romance, to rewrite the law because of Kahn, but may touch on their attitude towards sexual harassment.
