1病例报告患者男,26岁。因被蚂蚁咬伤后出现皮肤瘙痒、头晕、心悸10min就诊。查体:体温36.6℃,脉搏50/min,呼吸24次/min,血压60/40mmHg,全身广泛性荨麻疹,以上肢、躯干、颜面部多见;心肺腹部检查未见异常及引出病理反射。立即给予吸氧、口服氯苯那敏,皮下注射0.1%肾上腺素1mg,地塞米松10mg静脉注射,多巴胺20mg+生理盐水250ml静脉滴注。30min后症状缓解,血压130/80 mmHg,脉搏75/min,全身皮疹逐渐消退。
1 case report Patient male, 26 years old. Ants bites skin pruritus, dizziness, palpitations 10min treatment. Physical examination: body temperature 36.6 ℃, pulse 50 / min, breathing 24 times / min, blood pressure 60/40 mmHg, generalized urticaria, to the upper limbs, trunk, facial more common; cardiopulmonary abdominal examination showed no abnormal and lead to pathological reflex. Immediately give oxygen, oral chlorpheniramine, 0.1% subcutaneous injection of epinephrine 1mg, 10mg dexamethasone intravenous injection, dopamine 20mg + saline 250ml intravenous infusion. After 30min, the symptoms were relieved. The blood pressure was 130/80 mmHg and the pulse rate was 75 / min. The systemic rash subsided gradually.
