1991年2月25日至26日,河北省计经委召开全省设备管理工作会议。 会议研究了贯彻落实“质量、品种、效益年”对设备管理工作的要求;交流了企业设备管理工作经验;部署了 1991年全省设备管理工作;表彰了沧州化肥厂等46家1990年度省设备管理优秀企业、石家庄水泵厂等 116家先进企业和87名先进工作者。省人大常委会副主任岳宗泰和省计经委、有关厅(局)的领导同志向获奖单位和个人颁发了荣誉证书。 省计经委副主任、省设备管理协会会长谭祖舜同志在会上作了1990年度全省设备管理工作报告,阐述了设备管理工作与“质量、品种、效益年”的关系。他指出,质量是企业的生命,设备是质量的保证,同样的技术、设备,在不同的企业,生产出来的产品质量高低不同,这充分说明了加强设备管理对提高产品质量的重
From February 25 to February 26, 1991, Hebei Province Economic Planning Commission held a meeting on equipment management in the province. The meeting studied the implementation of “quality, variety, and benefit year” requirements for equipment management; exchanged experience in enterprise equipment management; deployed equipment management in the province in 1991; and commended 46 provincial equipment such as Zhangzhou Chemical Fertilizer Plant in 1990. Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee deputy director Yue Zongtai and the Provincial Planning Commission, the relevant hall (branch) leading comrades awarded honorary certificates to the award-winning units and individuals. The Provincial Provincial Economic Commission and deputy director of the Provincial Equipment Management Association, Comrade Tan Zubiao, made a report on the province’s 1990 equipment management work at the meeting, expounding the relationship between equipment management and “years of quality, variety, and benefit.” He pointed out that quality is the life of a company, equipment is a guarantee of quality, the same technology, equipment, and quality of products produced in different companies are different, which fully demonstrates the importance of strengthening equipment management to improve product quality.
