Archives management is in a special position of development in various management activities of public institutions at this stage. It is of great significance to manage and utilize the archives and documents scientifically and safely. Archiving is the storage of organized data to ensure that the data can be efficiently retrieved. This paper analyzes the problems of archiving archives and the existing problems of archives safety management and related strategies in order to promote the effective management of archives safety.
