原油本身就是一个黏度较高的物质,其在输油管道中的流动状态被摩擦阻力严重受到限制,造成能量消耗增加、管道输量降低。在这种情况下,采用少量的化学添加剂来有效降低管道系统的摩阻,对于加速原油开发利用、安全输送、节约投资、节约能源消耗、提高输送量具有极为重要的作用和意义。本文首先阐述了减阻剂的减阻增输机理,其次,分析了影响减阻剂减阻增输效果的因素,同时,就减阻剂在国内外输油管道中的应用进行了深入的探讨,具有一定的参考价值。
