采用超临界CO_2流体萃取技术,以假蒟(地上茎叶部分)为原料,对超临界CO_2萃取假蒟油树脂的工艺进行研究。通过单因素试验,探讨萃取时间、萃取压力以及萃取温度对假蒟油树脂提取率的影响,并采用正交试验优化超临界CO_2萃取假蒟油树脂的工艺条件。结果表明,超临界CO_2流体萃取假蒟油树脂的最佳工艺条件为:萃取时间1.5 h、萃取压力20MPa、萃取温度55℃。在此条件下,对假蒟油树脂进行超临界CO_2提取,提取率高达4.19%。
The technology of supercritical CO_2 extraction of pseudobulb oil was studied by using supercritical CO_2 fluid extraction technology and pseudobulb (stem and leaf parts on the ground) as raw materials. The effects of extraction time, extraction pressure and extraction temperature on the extraction rate of pseudobuss oleoresin were investigated by single factor experiments. The technological conditions of extraction of pseudobuss oleoresin by supercritical CO2 were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the extraction of pseudobuss oleoresin by supercritical CO 2 fluid were: extraction time 1.5 h, extraction pressure 20 MPa, extraction temperature 55 ℃. Under these conditions, the supercritical CO2 extraction of pseudobuss oleoresin was carried out with the extraction rate as high as 4.19%.
