Magnesium is one of the most important elements in the human body, not only because it is the richer cation in the body, ranking No. 4, second only to sodium, potassium and calcium. In addition, it is the second most important cation in cells, Second only to potassium; and is an essential component of many important enzyme systems in the body. Where pyramine thiamine as a cofactor enzymes are required magnesium, enzymes involved in ATP also often need magnesium. It is involved in carbohydrate, fat, protein metabolism. Therefore, in recent years, there are many domestic and foreign literature on magnesium, and more and more by the basic medical scientists and clinicians attention. This article intends to outline its clinical application.
