国家日益关注公共卫生体系的建设,如今农村新型合作医疗保险制度已初见规模,但是城市社区公共卫生体系建设却趋于落后,还急需完善。本文从建设过程中的资金来源和使用问题方面进行了理性思考。
The state is increasingly concerned about the construction of the public health system. Now that the new rural cooperative medical insurance system has begun to take shape, the construction of public health systems in urban communities tends to lag behind, and it is urgently needed to improve. This article makes a rational reflection on the sources of funds and their use in the construction process.
