振兴民族的希望在教育,振兴教育的希望在教师。教师的态度、教师的教育水平、对素质教育的理解直接制约着素质教育的实施。现在教师队伍与全面推进素质教育不相适应,虽然数量上大体满足了低水平的需要,但合格教师数量不足,教师队伍整体素质不高。据国家教育部师范教育司从全国骨干教师培训班的调查来看,主要存在以下情况:观点陈旧;学科水平低;视野狭窄;科研能力弱;计算机水平参差不齐。可见教师要积极参加培训学习和自学,通过各种形式来提高自己,教师要真切认识
