本文报导一种能充分利用掺钛蓝宝石本身的色散能力,作为调谐及压缩线宽的掺钛蓝宝石激光器。谐振腔采用梯形棱镜掺钛蓝宝石晶体和两块ZF6的色散棱镜压缩线宽并构成调谐系统,用三块输出镜,实现了265.3nm(655.3nm~920.6nm)的调谐范围;泵浦光能为85mJ/pulse时,在762.6nm处得到11.8mJ/pulse的最大光能输出,光一光转换效率达13.9%。
This paper reports a titanium-doped sapphire laser that can fully utilize the dispersion capacity of titanium-doped sapphire as a tuning and compressing linewidth. The resonant cavity uses a trapezoidal prism doped with titanium sapphire crystal and two ZF6 dispersion prisms to compress the line width and form a tuning system, with a three output mirror to achieve a tuning range of 265.3 nm (655.3 nm to 920.6 nm); a pump When the light energy is 85mJ / pulse, the maximum light output of 11.8mJ / pulse is obtained at 762.6nm, and the light-to-light conversion efficiency reaches 13.9%.
