新农村建设必须构建完善的农村社会保障制度。农村社会保障制度涉及社会的诸多领域。财政在农村社会保障制度的构建中具有不可忽视的作用。目前,我国农村社会保障制度在财政方面尚存在诸多问题,因此必须对财政在农村社会保障体系中的作用进行合理定位,并采取行之有效的措施,满足农村社会保障制度在财政方面的需求。
The New Rural Construction Must Construct a Perfect Rural Social Security System. The rural social security system involves many areas of society. Finance plays an indispensable role in the construction of rural social security system. At present, there are still many problems in the rural social security system in our country. Therefore, the role of finance in rural social security system must be properly located and effective measures must be taken to meet the financial needs of rural social security system.
