成年女性是终身教育关注的一个庞大群体。终身教育对成年女性教育有着彰显教育公平、提升女性个人素养、优化后代质量、促进学习型社会建设的重要意义。因此,在终身教育的背景下,对中国成年女性教育提出教育平等、促进意识觉醒、因性施教、家庭与社会给予支持等策略要求,以保证成年女性能享受终身教育的权利。
Adult women are a huge community of lifelong concern. Lifelong education on adult female education has demonstrated the importance of education fairness, enhance the individual qualities of women, optimize the quality of future generations and promote the construction of a learning society. Therefore, under the background of lifelong education, the paper puts forward some strategies to educate adult female education in China, such as equality in education, awareness raising, sex education and support from family and society, so as to ensure that adult female can enjoy lifelong education.
