通过有限元方法对具有相同外钢管尺寸的不同空心率的钢管混凝土,在不同的火灾荷载下的耐火性能进行分析,并对中空注水影响空心钢管混凝土的耐火性能进行研究。结果表明:火灾荷载比较大时,钢管混凝土构件的耐火时间随着空心率的增加先增加后减小;火灾荷载比较小时,构件的耐火时间随着空心率的增加基本呈线性减小。在火灾荷载比较大时,中空注水对耐火时间的影响很小;在火灾荷载比较小时,注水能明显地改善构件的耐火时间。在此基础上,给出不同火灾荷载比下空心钢管混凝土保护层厚度的简化计算方法和建议。
Through the finite element method, the different hollow concrete filled steel tubes with the same external pipe size were tested under different fire loads. The fire resistance of hollow concrete filled steel tube with hollow water injection was studied. The results show that when the fire load is relatively large, the fire resistance time of concrete-filled steel tubular members firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of hollowness rate. When the fire load is small, the fire resistance time of members decreases linearly with the increase of hollowness rate. When the fire load is relatively large, the influence of hollow water injection on the fire-resistant time is very small. When the fire load is relatively small, water injection can obviously improve the fire-resistant time of the components. On this basis, a simplified calculation method and recommendations for the thickness of concrete filled hollow steel tubular cover under different fire load ratios are given.
