建立了不设温度缝的超长变电构架结构的整体有限元模型;针对不同类型温度荷载的特点,选取了两种典型的温度计算工况;分别利用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS和STAAD,计算得出了超长变电构架结构温度效应;给出了结构中各类型构件(端撑、人字柱、桁架梁)的温度应力变化范围及分布规律、结构整体变形特点、人字柱及桁架梁的温度变形值和分布规律;通过对结构温度效应值及其规律的分析研究,得出了一些对设计超长变电构架结构有意义的结论。
The whole finite element model of ultra-long substation structure without temperature seam was established. According to the characteristics of different types of temperature loads, two typical temperature calculation conditions were selected. By using the generalized finite element analysis software ANSYS and STAAD respectively, The temperature effect of the structure of the extra-long substation was calculated. The range of temperature stress and its distribution, the deformation characteristics of the structure, Truss girder temperature deformation values and distribution rules; through the analysis of the temperature effect of the structure and its law, we come to some conclusions on the design of ultra-long power substation frame structure.
