Over two years of research on the effect of planting spacing on the production of commercially available Ocimum bsdilivum. In 1989, when the row spacing was 20 cm under irrigation, the yield per row of sweet basil grown on a single row reached the highest. The annual planting spacing of 20 ~ 51cm no difference in the yield of each plant. In 1990, single-row and double-row basil cultivars were planted in nurseries covered with drip irrigation, black polyethylene covering and spacing of 15 ~ 31 cm.
