目的:研究五味子水煎物给药后血清中移行成分,为确定其药效物质奠定基础。方法:采用中药血清药物化学研究方法,建立五味子水煎物给药后大鼠血中移行组分高效液相色谱分析方法,通过体内、体外两种色谱指纹图比较分析,确定五味子水煎液血中移行成分及其来源。结果:在此色谱条件下,五味子水煎物给药后产生了5个血中移形成分,分别为1、2、3、4、5号峰。4、5号峰为原形成分(其中1个是五味子醇甲)进入体内,1、2、3号峰可能是原型成分的代谢产物。结论:5个血中移行成分可能成为五味子的体内作用物质,对其进行深入的研究,有助于阐明五味子的药效物质基础及药效机制。
OBJECTIVE: To study the transitional components in serum after administration of decoction of schisandra, and to lay a foundation for the determination of its effective substances. METHODS: The method of high-performance liquid chromatographic analysis was used to determine the transition components of blood after administration of decoction of Chinese schisandra. The results were compared by in vivo and in vitro chromatographic fingerprints to determine the blood decoction of schisandra. The components of the migration and its sources. RESULTS: Under this chromatographic condition, five blood transposition components were generated after the administration of the decoction of Schisandra chinensis, which were peaks 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 respectively. Peaks 4 and 5 are the original components (one of which is schisandrol A) entering the body, and peaks 1, 2 and 3 may be the metabolites of the prototype component. Conclusion: The five blood transitional components may be the in vivo acting substances of Schisandra. The in-depth study of them will help clarify the material basis and efficacy mechanism of Schisandra.
