真菌性角膜炎是工农业生产中常见的一种眼病,多因角膜外伤感染所致。近年来,由于抗菌素、皮质激素等药物的广泛应用及滥用,使得真菌性角膜炎逐年增加。但是由于缺乏高效、低毒的广谱抗真菌药,而使该病的治疗效果不甚令人满意,咪康唑(Miconazole)是新出现的一种咪唑类广谱抗真菌药。本实验用1%咪康唑溶液对兔子实验性真菌性角膜炎进行治疗(点眼加球结膜下注射),以观察其疗效。一、材料及方法1.实验动物:体重为1.5kg 左右、健康、无眼疾白兔20只2O眼。
Fungal keratitis is a common eye disease in industrial and agricultural production, mostly due to corneal wound infection. In recent years, due to the widespread use of antibiotics, corticosteroids and other drugs and abuse, making fungal keratitis increased year by year. However, Miconazole is a new class of imidazole broad-spectrum antifungal drug that is less than satisfactory because of the lack of an efficient, low-toxic, broad-spectrum antifungal drug. In this experiment, 1% miconazole solution was used to treat experimental fungal keratitis in rabbits (eyeball plus subconjunctival injection) to observe its curative effect.
