病历摘要区××。男,26岁,农民,住院号1,381。患者于1979年12月患急性肝炎,有否黄疸不清楚,在当地卫生院住院治疗1个月好转出院。出院后2～3个月肝功能恢复正常。1980年8月因劳累过度觉疲乏,肝功能复异常,经当地医院中西药治疗无好转,逐渐出现黄疸并进行性加深,腹胀,尿少20天。于1981年11月25日入院。病人是非血吸虫病流行区,无嗜酒及化学毒物接触史。
