我刚参加课题组时,思想上有些顾虑,总觉得自己是一名保育员,水平有限,参加中央教科所的课题能行吗? 第一次参加课题组活动,专家和大家研讨目标意识的问题。老师们都很紧张,生怕在专家面前说错了。我更是把头垂得低低的,惟恐问到我头上,答不出来出丑。专家像是看透了大家的心思,并没有追问,而是像聊天似的引导我们推导出四句朗朗上口的口号:心中有目标,眼中有孩子,处处有教育,人人有发展。从琢磨这四句好记好懂的口号起,我紧张的心理慢慢放松了。 此后的课题组活动,没有说教,没有指挥,关注的都是日常工作。
