例 1 患者男 ,67岁。因左半身突然无力和昏迷 3ｈ入院。以往有高血压病史。未进行任何治疗。入院后体检 :ＢＰ2 0 0 / 1 4 0ｍｍＨｇ(1ｍｍＨｇ =1 .33ｋＰａ)。高血压动脉硬化眼底。头向右旋 ,两眼向右偏斜 ,瞳孔右侧散大 ,左中枢性面瘫。左侧肢体中枢性瘫。脑ＣＴ扫描示 :
