本文探讨了采用大型结构分析程序QJF—1进行车身动态分析的途径。提出了以模态应变能分析为基础的测试/计算模态相关性分析和调整有限元复杂模型的方法。建立了与测试结果基本一致的EQ—140整个驾驶室的有限元动态模型。该模型利用结构的对称性,一半模型共1363个结点、1800个单元。用QJF—1程序对该模型进行了模态分析和随机响应分析,得出了一些有益的结果,并提出了改进方案。本文的分析方法为今后骄车车身的有限元动态分析开辟了道路。
This article explores ways to use the large structural analysis program QJF-1 for body dynamics analysis. Based on the analysis of modal strain energy, a method of testing / calculating the modal correlation and adjusting the complex finite element model is proposed. The finite element dynamic model of the entire cab of the EQ-140, which is consistent with the test results, is established. The model uses the structural symmetry, half of the model a total of 1363 nodes, 1800 units. The modal analysis and random response analysis of the model were carried out by using QJF-1 program. Some useful results were obtained and some improvements were proposed. The analysis method of this paper opens the way for the finite element dynamic analysis of the body of the car in the future.
