中小学党建工作不仅是基层党建工作,也是我们党执政的基础党建工作,这其中也是最基本的党建工作。教育事业是一个先导性、全局性、基础性的事业,在最基础的中小学来抓党的建设对于整个党建工作是一个艰巨的工程,而且也具有先导性、全局性、基础性。中小学是培养接班人、建设者的事业,那么自然中小学党的建设就应该围绕着培养接班人、培养建设者的思路来开展工作,所以党的建设在中小学显得尤为重要。
