职业教育发展的内外在逻辑均要求现代职业教育必须要向人性化发展。然而,当前我国职业教育客观存在人性化缺失的现象,具体表现为职业院校学生“失败者”角色被反复强化、学生主体性被客体化,以及学生能力发展的被窄化。人性化的职业教育应是一种激活学生成功体验、尊重学生主体地位、培养学生职业能力、重视学生发展潜能的教育。在具体实践上,可以在构建多元发展取向的课程体系、推广小班化教学、营造师生学习之家的氛围、丰富学生能力展示的平台、创新传统的学生管理思维以及实施人性化的教师管理等方面进行努力。
The internal and external logic of the development of vocational education require that modern vocational education must be humanely developed. However, there is an objective lack of humanization in vocational education in our country.
