成品油销售企业属于典型的资产分散型企业,由于其资产的使用部门多,分布广,资产结构复杂,网络扩展迅速。因此,相对于资产集中型企业,资产分散型企业的实物资产管理的难度更大。在管理过程中,一系列问题的凸显和暴露充分说明了强化资产分散型企业的实物资产管理的重要性。本论文从资产分散性企业实物资产管理的特点入手,对企业特点进行概述,着重指出资产分散型企业实物资产在管理中存在的一系列问题,并就如何破解管理中的难题提出构建实物资产全类型、全员、全过程、全要素动态管理体系的策略,从而通过管理理念、管理制度和管理工具等各方面的有机配合来协调管理矛盾,发挥管理作用,调动各方积极性。
Oil product sales enterprises are typical asset-diversified enterprises. Due to the multi-use and extensive distribution of assets, the asset structure is complex and the network expands rapidly. In the process of management, a series of problems highlighted and exposed the importance of strengthening the physical asset management of asset-dispersed enterprises. This dissertation starts with the characteristics of physical assets management of assets decentralized enterprises, summarizes the characteristics of enterprises, emphasizes a series of problems existing in the management of physical assets of assets decentralized enterprises, and puts forward the suggestions on how to solve the problems in management Type, full-time, whole-process and total factor dynamic management system so as to coordinate the management of contradictions through management concepts, management systems and management tools and other aspects, to play a management role and arouse the enthusiasm of all parties.
