分别采用浸渍法、沉积沉淀法、固定化凝胶法制备了系列Au/C催化剂,考察了催化剂对乙二醛液相氧化制乙醛酸的催化性能,并运用BET、XRD、XPS等手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,固定化凝胶法制备的金催化剂表现出较好的催化活性,在反应温度为50℃的条件下,以空气为氧化剂,催化氧化乙二醛制备乙醛酸时,乙二醛转化率为23.9%,乙醛酸的选择性达41.5%,表明该反应能在温和的、环境友好条件下进行,但催化剂重复使用后活性有一定的下降。
A series of Au / C catalysts were prepared by impregnation method, deposition precipitation method and immobilized gel method, respectively.
