用16个不同类型的圆果黄麻品种,研究了黄麻幼苗叶片 NRA 与9个主要产量性状的相关性,发现 NRA 与单株干皮产量、单株鲜茎重、单株纤维重、株高、分枝高、茎粗、鲜皮厚7个产量性状表现正相关。本文还进一步研究了 NRA 体外测定的稳定性及一些外部因子对 NRA 的影响。结果表明:NRA 体外测定方法稳定性较好;取样前24小时连续光照处理,用50mmol KNO_3溶液处理,在磷酸提取缓冲液中加入酚类物质的抑制剂 PVP 处理,均可显著提高黄麻幼苗 NRA 的诱导。
The relationship between NRA and nine main yield traits was studied with 16 different types of Fructus Junctifolia.
